Guiseppe Andaloro

Guiseppe Andaloro was born in Palermo, Italy. He undertook his musical studies at the "Guiseppe Verdi" State Conservatory of Music in Milan where he graduated with full honours and distinction in 2000. He is continuing his studies there as a postgraduate student and also working under perofessor Vinvenzo Balzani.

Guiseppe has participated in numerous piano competitions. He won in 2000 the first prize at the 17th "Cidade de Porto" competition in Portugal and then in 2001 the first prizes at the 1st Sendai International Piano Competition in Japan, at the 18th "A Casella" competition in Naples and also won during the same year the 18th "Premio Venezia". Finally in 2002 he won the first prize at the prestigious London International Piano Competition.

Guiseppe has played with aclaimed orchestras, including among others, the London Philharmonic, the Pleven Philharmonic, Filarmonica of the Milan Conservatory, the Moldova Symphony Orchestra and the National Symphony Orchestra of Porto.

He has performed as a soloist in various countries, while future engagements will take him to Japan, UK, France, Italy, Switzerland and Poland.
