Note to the first part of the programme:
During the first part of the programme, Mr. Pierri will interpret works by Scarlatti, Albeniz and Bogdanovic, for solo guitar.

INTERMISSION

NOTE TO THE SECOND PART OF THE PROGRAMME:
During the second part of the programme, Mr. Pierri will be joined by Mr. Pascal Roge at the piano to perform the world premiere of “Divertimento”, a piece composed by Carlo Domeniconi and which has been dedicated by the composer to Alvaro Pierri.
This performance will be followed by a composition by M. Llobet for solo guitar, after which Mr. Pierri will be joined by Pascal Roge (piano), Andrew Haveron (violin), Magnus Johnston (violin), Joel Hunter (viola), Pierre Doumenge (cello) and Timothy Orpen (clarinet) to perform the version for guitar, piano, strings and clarinet of the Villa Lobos’s concerto: “Fantasia Concertante”, which has been arranged for these instruments by Mr. Pierri for this particular performance.
